A Victorian terrace reworked across three floors. A wraparound extension opens the ground floor to the garden, the plan is redistributed above, and a new dormer adds a primary suite without altering the rhythm of the street.

An Article 4(2) direction removes permitted development rights for window replacement, placing every profile under assessment. The proposal matches the existing exactly in sash profile, glazing-bar dimension and depth of reveal, so the elevation reads as it always has while performing as it should.

A side return to a Victorian terrace. The ground floor is reconfigured as a single open room, held together by one deep-set window that frames the courtyard. New brickwork is woven into the existing rear elevation so the addition reads as though it had always been there.
